MAY 1999 Simon Drew In Accoustic Mode!!
Vocalist Simon Drew is currently taking a years break to backpack around some of this old globe and in true surf hippy form finds himself on the beaches of Brazil!!! . Accoustic guitar firmly strapped onto his backpack he has been spotted doing the occasional accoustic show in places as varied as Tokyo, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and more recently Sao Paulo, Rio and Cabo Frio in Brazil!!!!
While in America he recorded a full length CD with drummer Steve Gardner (ex Gamma Men and "Noise for Heroes" zine main man), the 1st in their new joint project, the "CHAINSAW MEN"!!!
Simon Says that he'll be doing some more solo stuff during 1999 in Europe and the US of A. Watch out for a solo album late 1999!!!!
